Pumpkin Patch

$18- For a hay ride to the patch, a barn full of flies, and a hay maze

$35- For lunch and 4 pumpkins

$12- For ice cream, cider, and a super good molasses cookie

Aubrey getting lost in the 2 foot hay maze- Priceless

Here is the rest of our afternoon outside...

Aubrey just kept asking to go home.

Colton enjoyed the tractor.....

.....Aubrey didn't

We finally made it to the patch, there were a bunch of school kids there for field trips so we had to wait awhile....

Colton with his pumpkin, we don't have a picture with Aubrey and hers, she wouldn't touch it because it was "dirty"

Once the pumpkins were weighed, Colton used all his strength and weight, to pull them and Aubrey back to the car.

We spent the rest of our time there picking out apples, having lunch, and getting ice cream. All in all, it was a fun but expensive afternoon.

How Time Flies.......

2004-Colton's First Halloween
I have never seen a cuter Dumbo....

Halloween 2005- Colton was such an adorable cowboy... He wouldn't wear a costume so we had to go with something that allowed for regular clothes. I am afraid we might have to do the same for Aubrey this year...

Halloween 2006- Aubrey's First Halloween
Colton was Bob the Builder(he had over-alls but refused to wear them. My kids just have weird issues), Aubrey was of course a very un-enthused cat. She cried when I drew on her whiskers.

Halloween 2007- My little Star Wars characters, Colton was Boba Fett and Aubrey was Princess Leia.

What is Happening on The Homefront....

Just a few updates....

*I felt the baby move for the first time yesterday(17 weeks)! In two more weeks we will have our ultra sound and find out what we are having.

*Aubrey is driving me crazy! She spits out her drink on everyone and thing, or just shakes her cup over and over to splash everywhere. The only thing she will use her toilet for is a stool. She is huffy and full of attitude with her arms folded across her chest. If there is something naughty to be done she will find it and do it. Oh, and we have been working on getting her to stop telling people "Shup" aka 'shut up'.

*Colton is enjoying preschool. He is on a break from Lego Star Wars until Christmas, but no worries he likes to fill his time at Toys R Us on line searching for toys and playing games at nick jr. We just bumped up the cable package so he can watch the painfully annoying Star Wars Clone Wars tv show that started this month. Apparently his life is just fine at the moment.

* I have been working as much as I can at the Halloween Store. We decided that whatever money I make at the store is all we are spending for Christmas. I think I can do it.... Oh, and a smile spread across my face yesterday when I saw Monopoly is back at McDonalds!! Holla! Now all my soda and fries might pay off with a free breakfast sandwich! Hello Sausage Egg McMuffin!

*Kent is selling snowboarding equipment again, we are working on relocating his gigantic stash of stuff. For anyone who is interested he will make you some killer deals. He has everything from cute clothes to bindings, boards, and beanies. You can get the whole set-up, for a guy or girl, or kids.

Well, since my kids won't leave me alone and I have been yelling at them for the last ten minutes from this same spot, I should probably wrap up this incredibly boring post, but alas, it is a post non the less...
